Kevin uses over a decade of management consulting, product management and business analysis experience to solve both strategic and executional problems. As a strategist, Kevin builds enterprise and product-level roadmaps, business cases, process improvement plans and other visionary content to drive profitability and change. As a product manager, Kevin identifies and defines business and User needs to establish Vision and manage delivery while aligning engineering, user experience and business priorities to maximize velocity and delivery outputs. Over his career, Kevin has worked with client industries including financial services, insurance, technology, healthcare, aviation, sports, retail, and government (DoD and DHS). .
For the last several years, Kevin has been engaged to reenvision how internal and external experiences drive digital solutions. Kevin provided in-depth business and technology vision for Chubb and JP Morgan to drive high visibility digital strategy while aligning stakeholders at all levels to coordinate direction and execution. Kevin also delivered transformation strategies for MyEyeDr. to shift their brick-and-mortar business to a digital first, hybrid experience leveraging ECommerce, and developed an Experience Strategy and Execution plan for Breeze Airways for maturing their award winning airline product.
